Is it Possible that 250 bags of cement can be used for blockwork, casting of beams and lintels, including parapet?

Oversite concrete has already been done and I’m buying 6 inches hollow blocks (So the cement is only to be used for the blockwork and casting)

Cos I no understand again…..

Really insightful... what are your thoughts about bio digester. I have been hearing about it and considering it in place of the normal septic tank and soak away.

Adv of Bio digester from my research- less space, and no issues of waste getting filled up

Bio-digester works for a single family setup but will struggle in rentals like four flats or six flats due to demand pressure. A third chamber dug in the ground should be introduced in commercial settings.

Dear good people of the property section, I have finished my woodwork and there's a bit problem here.

The people that did the woodwork who knows that I plan to buy from them the roofing materials mentioned that the total meters is 660. I sent some carpenter I know and he mentioned that the total meters is 457. Now the gap is quite much. The drawing showed 432 meters. So I am confused here.

I was wondering if I could get the contacts of a good carpenter here. Location is southeast, Onitsha to be precise.

you have to personally purchase 440 meters and call the other carpenter to roof the house for you. They're about to run you street

Do not trust him ooo…

He collected money for sliding doors from me and failed to deliver them. About seven sliding doors was ordered for and he has only being able to deliver 3 for more than six months ago.

I also awarded him all the windows in my house about 36 or thereabouts.. With strict instruction for him to buy Tower and 5mm thick glass but the criminal decided to buy 4mm glass and not tower aluminium. He’s on video( i asked someone to captured him on video so he does not come out to deny this allegation) . I tried not to bring his name into disrepute for almost two years now but I wouldn’t allow him to defraud unsuspecting people from here. I have been through hell on this forum but i promise all of them that am going to get my money back at some point.

I also had issue with this guy at some point but i can categorically say that he has managed to redeemed himself.

He has managed to carry out the task contracted to him which means that he’s not owing me anymore.

Same thing when I was doing my project.. imran roofing came through.. so much outrageous measurement from other vendors .. they know you wont climb the roof to confirm
