Good morning y'all, I have been watching and observing the constant defamation of a certain individual on this forum who has created multiple accounts to post me claiming I scammed him yet no single evidence to back up his claim has been made, he has even gone ahead to post my pictures and details with an everyday quoting, this particular individual the last account I could recall his current active on is DSS76, he has multiple accounts, this individual goes by the name Afeez Dawudu Babatunde, an individual I once worked for back 2021 who I developed a streaming live tv app for, which didn't turn out good between him and google due to constant reports and suspensions, this also affected me because mine was affiliated as the sole service provider which led to me losing my google developer console account and an app worth over ₦10,000,000 naira in valuation, I nearly lost my mind due to the pain I went through, it was like a whole life labour gone because of a constant mistake made by this said individual, the whole transactions that occurred between me and Mr Afeez Dawudu Babatunde were service rendered transactions with all receipts still handy and ready to be submitted to the Nigerian police very soon, all communications and discussion are still very much intact on my backup email I bless God I never deleted any, this same individual has gone to report all my domains and hosting to my service provider that made one of my website to be taken down, after consideration I decided to still let go and activate the second one which he still went again to report but I stood my ground and said enough is enough, after much deliberations and documents signing my service was pardoned, which then triggered him to come to nairaland to start posting my details, I have been advised to take legal actions but I have thought how would I sue such a person it's a waste of time the best is to report to the police, I plan to report to DCP Oliver ezirim who happens to be someone I am close too very well, enough is enough, the painful part is that nairaland has become a forum where one can just come online and post anything without it properly moderated and questions asked for verification.

It's high time the Seun looks into this matter before I proceed with the police report.

I don't think this has anything to do with the site. If you are being defamed and know for a fact that you operated within the white lane of the transaction.. Take up the action to defend your brand. I don't think public opinion is required. Because he also obviously feels you did him wrong and the only forward way is to report to appropriate dispute body that will handle it. Nairaland is a platform not a court

Good point but the manner of which his going about it on nairaland is alarming, my business partners I work for who stays abroad have all called me concerning the post they saw which they happened to offer me some help, he would have been picked up but the manner at which he creates different multiple accounts to post the same thing baffles me because it can't be said no moderator haven't seen such post, all I can say is enough is enough. Just like I said and you said I will report this matter to the police and he will be arrested that I can guarantee.

Did you submit an evidence to nairaland moderators and Seun before making both those posts? Go and handle your issues and stop issuing warning to people.

You don't have to sound gullible, the previous post I made was a fact which I can prove if needed to be proven and that's never a defamation, what he has been doing is complete defamation if only you are someone with dignity you would understand what I wrote, my aim of posting this is to alarm on how one can create multiple accounts to post the same exact contexts and it never gets moderated. Hello @seun and @dominique I'm yet to see any feedback concerning this issue, it's obvious you want to be one sided on this issue without properly handling this issue professionally, you have gone to delete my last previous posts and still allowed the so called @DSS76 I reported for constant defamation on this forum to still have the defamatory posts still on his account and still allowed to make more posts, it's obvious you want to stay one sided, and it has fully triggered me to now take legal actions against him and nairaland since this platform wants to be used as the medium for the defamation.

I honestly don't understand your "aggressive" stance and threatening language. Your issue has been stepped in to by the highest administration of this forum and you are still issuing threats. I'm sure if they do a deep dive on the backend they will find you in breach of the forums rules. Caspertech and classicben3 are one and the same person and that's already a breach of forum rules. I'm also sure your so called web TV involves streaming content that you don't have rights to.

I thought you said you have called the police and made a case? oya nah guide them to do the arrests. I hope you know that IPTV is a grey area? and I hope you've asked your lawyer about it? You are completely getting this all wrong, someone came to this forum, created over 7 different accounts and posted the same thing even went further to post my pictures and details and claimed I scammed him 7 million naira without a single proove, so many calls came in from people who knows me asking me different questions, I was advised to take legal actions I ignored, this same person continued again reporting my website and even my clients websites to the hosting and domain providers and you expect me to still keep calm, just like I have said I have reported him to the police and the case has been taken up legally, if he feels he was scammed then he should counter me in court simple as that.

@op, you are doing this the wrong way. If you feel you are being defamed or falsely accused, contact your lawyer, who will in turn contact the forum owner and his admins to retract the post. No need to make threats, or issue warnings.
Just yesterday Seun himself created a thread of him retracting a post from the forum where a user falsely accused a senator, the said user was placed on a 10 year ban. Shouldn't you be doing the same thing instead of issuing threats? You will only end up ruining your reputation more if you continue on this path.

Do you know the meaning of being sensible at all, Are you aware you don't have it? I have called my lawyer, police, DSS,FBI, Interpol arrest will be made soon, and your account balance no pass 5k. Empty barrels make the loudest noise. Do you need education on how to handle public defamation? If yes I can offer you consultancy service for free, I understand you are broke, what are guy men for?
