His health is his responsibility. Nigeria does not have emergency medical services so it is understandable that his friends didn't contemplate calling for one. Just ignorance. Ambulances in Nigeria are only good for carrying corpses in caskets not for emergency rescue. Nigeria indirectly happened to him.

Nobody prescribed for him. He was complaining the pharmacist took his vitals it was reading high he was giving a medication to help and it indeed helps. The rest was partly his fault.

At least check your blood pressure once a week. It determines your overall health . If he survived the attack he might not escape stroke.

I have been in this situation before but I chose to cancel the outing entirely despite the person insisting, ignoring the poor health.

Should I call it a careless death? That's why we must not follow the crowd to do what they do. We must do what's best for us and not what the crowd thinks. He had the signs, yet he went clubbing with friends. Now the friends are still here and he is gone forever. Less than a few months from now the friends would have forgotten him and life goes on.
I see a lot of young people dying careless deaths these days. They have taken foolishness to be a religion and they are paying with their lives. Rip to the young man.

The pharmacist actually is to be blamed. How can he start medication on someone he does not know their medical history or done a comprehensive assessment on. Not all medication is appropriate for every individual patient. Also, certain conditions need close monitoring when medication is prescribed. You don’t just give medication and let the patient go like that.

He was an ADULT,nobody but him knows the severity of his symptoms.
He choose to indulge himself despite the warnings to the contrary and has nobody to blame but himself.
If had insisted on going to the hospital,the friends would have had no option than to appreciate the seriousness of the situation and taken action.
