Do you mind sharing the store you ordered from? Also Speedaf typically don't have issues with customs. You're almost certain of not getting experiencing custom and delay issues with speedaf but most stores don't use them.

There are stores that personally handle their shipping. But choice items are more often than not Speedaf while AliExpress standard shipping are more often than not through NIPOST.

My advice to AE users is to always go for brand item.
In the cables/charger category, Baseus, Essager, kuulaa, VENTION, Toocki, are some trusted few... It is good to check reviews, but also opt for brand products.

I'll go an extra mile and say buy only Baseus or Essager, Baseus preferably. I have like a dozen cables from both brands and only one or two of the Essager ones have failed.

ebay is far better, one you buy original and quality phone and not china phone

I prayed is not nipost because they will frustrate you, you will be the one going up and down looking for your package in all nearby post office, and when you find your package they will extort you, and if your package is boxy even with no weight, they will start from high price, and there comes your negotiating skills, oshodi post office is one example it happens to me earlier this year when I was charged 15k to collect an item at the post office, I said I was not paying a dime and they refused to gave my item to me, registered package ooo, then after heated argument they said I should pay 5k, saying is not a small package even seeing how lite it was, they were even asking what inside, imagine the level of corruption, no receipt, I wanted to pay but no account, they insist I must bring out cash, I have to use the POS,the argument starts with the young lady at the front desk and when the lady was blabbering and couldn't defend the money they want to extort and completely ridiculous and out of point, the older lady stepped in, I think she's their superior she always wear eye glasses, seeing how angry I was, through my address she started describing my street telling me about isolo, how that one take concern me abeg, she lives around isolo because I have met her in the bus before,, oshodi post office is worst than I could imagine, funny enough, I'm living at isolo I supposed received my item at isolo post office, but they intercept it at oshodi refused to dispatch to isolo as usual, imagine after searching for it at isolo post office no avail, na oshodi post office dey call me for my package and ask me to come along with 15k, if it's was a very small items and they know they can't get much from it, there words is always where did you live, go to your post office.

It's been 3 years since I last got an item from the post office, all my orders have been from speedaf. I can't be bothered with the long shipping times and unreliability of NIPOST.

At least Isolo office know how to intercept and still give it back with amateur scamming that's absolutely not excusable. My phone was intercepted to Zamfara, I was shocked. It was the polar opposite of my direction. But I had people in the post office and they helped me traced it there, even forwarded documented weighing of the consignment bag my phone was in, my phone also registered as received by the post office (all documented o: all this also showed in tracking information) oya where fone dey? They come dey tell me say make I write petition and travel to Zamfara to submit (👀). I've never been refunded so fast by AliExpress like I was on this order, barely two hours after I opened the dispute, it switch to refund processing. The ting pain me die gan.
I had to order again but guess what? The new phone was delivered exactly 13 days after I ordered it. This drama made me start looking at post office with 3 eye, their own na only God go judge. Imagine providing evidence of you committing a crime with full chest because they know nothing will happen. Ah! Hmmm.

I received my Malaysia Post order from September 1st yesterday. Suddenly received notification earlier last week of movement from linehule office to local courier. Glad that chapter is closed. Funny part is I already got a refund as buyer protection ended a week or so prior. I have since contacted the seller to let him know and will be making payments to him later today.

I bought an item and the tracking number was CNG**********3 but now the first three letters have changed to AP but the numbers remained the same. Is this the final tracking number or is it likely to change again?

But e don reach Unregistered package they decided to take it to one of their offices very far away from me. They have called me to go and pick it up from where i don't even know.

If they don't deliver it na to jejely leave the package for them and when time elapse I will get a refund from AliExpress for the package.

But wait! Don't return the item to seller. You'd spend more than you budgeted if you do. Settle for partial refund and more on!

Besides, you could lose out on both sides — your 'money and the item' if the parcel gets lost in transit.
