I just dey laugh.

Many Nigerians supporting what is happening in GB, don't know the story of coups in Africa as a whole. Coups do not work at all.

I mean, the funny thing is that most nigerians will be calling the army fulani dominated, islamic army, boko haram infiltrated army, etc....and then they expect the same type of army to suddenly mount a people's revolution? (Yes, magical thinking).

Let's even look back. All the coups in nigeria were very very visionary. Like the first coup. Everybody was saying politicans were corrupt, etc etc. Very corrupt. SO, Ifeajuana , Nzeogwu, Okafor, and Ademoyega threw the corrupt people out, and we ended with four years of bloodshed, which we are still recovering from today.

Second republic self, very corrupt...so we got buhari who came in and removed the corrupt people, and fifteen years later, the country was in a mess and broke

RInse and repeat.

We now have a large mass of young people who don't recall how bad coups were. And that's sad. The problem also is that we don;t teach contemporary nigerian history in schools too. So, we all miss how bad millitary rule is.

Note that democracy has been awful, and as someone wey no vote for tinubu, I am not happy at all with our democracy. But at least we can bash our leaders and not get thrown into detention with no one knowing where we are. Or without trial. And ya think that MNK would still be alive under army rule? He would have long since been sentenced by a milltary tribunal, and executed, and y'all wont be able to do nuthing about it. Igboho the same. And as for them bandits...army rule would use extreme force on them , but will also kill lots of innocent civillans too.

Everytime we had army rule, within ten years, people would be crying for democracy, ANY democracy.

We are making giant strides. New foundations are being built for the country away from the evil subsidies from the past.

The military will most likely set Nigeria back.

Nigeria was stunted at best all through the years of military rule.

Are you saying subsidy is still being paidhuh

Why won't Naira be devalued when your brother Emefiele invoked 25 trillion naira from thin air and injected it into the economyhuh

I bet my life a "form of subsidies " Is being paid

It's impossible to import and sale petrol at less than 60 cents per liter it's impossible

If not government should allow us sale to benin, Togo , Cameroon and niger na
Why block it

You have no evidence that subsidy is being paid.

All those countries are currently sourcing their PMS from Dangote refinery.

Lmaooo make it make sense

Ghana No subsidies at 1800 per liter
Nigeria no subsidies at 850 per liter Lmaooo

Everybody in nigeria understands that expression friends and foes of nigeria alike. So that is his own definition of global revolution in Nigerian context.

All what country B, C, D...., Z can buy put together is not up to what country A buys.

Turnover is key.

There is no way you can buy crude at international price, refine and sale at 850 and break even not possible

Ask chatgpt
It's cost you 1.1 dollars minimum to breakeven on crude oil refinery based on today's price

But dangote is selling for 850 ?

Soldiers in Guinea-Bissau had announced a new military leader for the country, cementing a forceful takeover of power that began on Wednesday, days after the country’s presidential election. The military high command has inaugurated Gen. Horta N’Ta as the head of the military government, which will oversee a one-year transition period
