Kilishihunter:I no even understand our fans again.... Accepting we've been playing shït and they're blaming it on the poor quality of the league. 😅😅 Those EPL teams they're all hyping if you import them to La Liga after the first season all these smaller teams will adapt to them and starts showing them hell. You think it's against Getafe, Osasuna and the likes you'll play intensity football with. You think its everybody that plays fast paced fluid football. La Liga no good but na we dey perform the most for Europe. Yes the competitiveness of the league or quality has reduced but that isn't really the problem. All systems always have their ups and down.... This is just a short phase for the league. Cos La Liga has shown over the decades to have the most dynamic league. Our players haven't been the one winning almost all the Ballon d'Or and individual players awards by fluke. It ain't incidence... It's quality. Is it the youth division, women's football, or young players awards like Kopa trophy and Golden Boy.... Na still La Liga. Una better no allow EPL fans dey brainwash Una say their league na the best. Make dem dey win UCL dey go if e easy. Best league no be by cho cho cho. PSG wey win am last season, shey their league fit lit candle for where La liga dey. The problem first na to find way to remove Tebas and bring someone who thinks outside the box to bring fresh investment into the league with sponsorship deals and TV rights. Find ways to connect to more fans and find how to grow viewership. No be all this moving games to USA and Saudi. Increase promo and marketing. Find new high growth markets. Seems they've been so targeting US audience and South Americans, those regions are huge growth areas— why not schedule matches that somehow matches to their timezones or easier to follow for many of the regions than solely focusing on Europe. Maybe put more bug matches in the evening slot like 4-8pm instead of the mostly night time matches. Bring better pundits, or these ex players— put them on salary to help talk up the league..... When people are always talking about the league then you bring up more awareness. That's the trick the EPL uses. La Liga no just Sabi market themselves at all. Tebas is busy being clueless and going for the easier way than actually doing true reforms. I remember when El Clasico used to be a festival. EPL fans with all their noise about superiority will always come and watch the match with us. Now the league is a shadow of itself but I see the potential... This last El Clasico seem to have a better turnout and excitement than I've seen in the last 4 seasons. And it's because of the rivalry and more players like Yamal, Raphinha, Vini, Mbappe, Bellingham etc. If we make La Liga a place to attract more of these talents and keep doing others, the attraction will come. That's how you attract viewership. Losing Christiano and Messi has weakened the league but we can still grow that level of fandom back. The players and the chaos is there. How many people have been more than willing to hate watch..... See last el classico as EPL fans dey plenty dey jubilate. Yamal and Vini's noisemaking is even a good recipe to cook something for PR and always being in the news. Hate watch or not...still counts as viewership. Market am well and sponsors go come paying top dollar. Na mugü Tebas just dey clueless. |

Bimmarlykay:Forget all this one. Na money wey no dey. Make everybody dey talk say dem no need players. Barca no get money, shey we no still dey find free players those seasons. Deco isn't just good at negotiating. Hopefully this Camp Nou we got back to will turn around our finances sooner than later. Getting to 1:1 is the major goal now and increasing stadium capacity and completion asap. We also need to seriously look at becoming a selling club. This our habit of only buying without knowing when to rightly sell some players is costing us too. De Jong and Araujo needs to go. Get them off for decent amounts and reinvest elsewhere. |

Two options for Laporta. 1. Find a Rothschild bank in Europe and collect a 2Billion euro loan, use the entire facilities of the club as collateral if need be. 2. Launch a Barcelona meme coin and rug pull we the fans. We'd gladly accept being scammed if it means the club gets to buy players. Another year of broke club gimmick and Barcelona as a club will be left in the dust. |

On a side note, I think Barca got lucky with that result. 3:0 should flatter you guys. If we had a 9 who could time his runs, that game would've ended at least 5 or 6:1. Watching what Sporting Lisbon did to Club Bruge who nearly defeated Barca 4:3 just shows the current level. This team cannot beat Frankfurt if the game was to be played in Germany, no way. |

AirBere:We've been poor by our standards this season, even if we win our last 3 games which look easy for us on paper there's still the possibility of us ending up in a playoff spot |
| Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by Kilishihunter: 10:09am On Nov 27, 2025 |
BykeLaByke:Arsenal would win the premier league despite what happens in that game. They're clear of almost everyone if not even everyone atm |
| Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by Kilishihunter: 10:19am On Nov 27, 2025 |
abduleez1:Tebas is just a clueless mugu, south America, central America and few parts of the USA are Hispanic, no club in Europe have bigger appeals than real Madrid then us partly thanks to the rivalry between Ronaldo and Messi which boosted the pr, both clubs are still somewhat benefiting from it today online, atletico as the third neglected brother who's always looking for an opportunity to usurp the big boys when they slack, Sevilla Europa legends, many historical narratives to build from but that fool is only interested in fighting Barca and ruining the league with his policies, this is why we need to build our own team back to European standards cause if we end up as the Spanish ac Milan and irrelevant that league would even be more badly hit even the real Madrid fans calling for our dissolution know that |

BykeLaByke:Chelsea is not even a serious contender for the league. Arsenal is currently above everybody right now in EPL. Chelsea winning or not does not guarantee them the league. |

Kilishihunter:I dey tell you..... You perfectly understand what I'm saying. Imagine the advantage Cristiano and Messi gave the league. Portuguese and Spanish brings in all of Latin America and Brazil. We have a whole continent's support. The funny thing is la liga's biggest supporters aren't even from the region.... They're Asians, Africans and South Americans. So how the league can't see that and market appropriately is baffling. Messi is even doing the good work spreading the gospel in USA, effectively winning visibility and investors looking to profit from football. Tebas just dey incompetent. He thinks fighting with Barca and Madrid will help him.... It's only demarketing the league. |

You know what is the major problem of La Liga? — it's liquidity. The vast majority of the clubs don't have liquid cash to go into the market and restructure themselves. I feel It's not even the too many restrictions, that one is more prominent for clubs like Barca and them Sevilla, Valencia that fell into mismanagement few years back. It's free cash flow that's the problem. Having assets or valued very high is actually quite different from hard cash-in-hand. I was hearing few months back that even the money won by clubs by competing at the end of the season— the TV rights revenue — it is not given in full payment to the clubs' in La Liga. It is given in installments. Can you imagine that! Imagine winning €125mn this season for your impressive position in the table and you get your payments spread in 3 seasons? That money automatically drops to €41mn per season. God help you, you've been overspending 2-3 seasons ago, or your expenses surpasses your revenue by a mile, you're in deep trouble. How do you strengthen your team and keep the business afloat from running into bankruptcy? The only way this system of payment is offset is ONLY if in previous seasons you've been earning good revenue consistently and you've been living within your means. So the accumulated money from previous seasons plus your new season installmental payments adds up to make your revenue reasonable. Imagine what the finances would be for clubs who can't consistently maintain the top 7 position. You're basically phu¢¢ked. Let's say this season you end up as a Bilbao in top 4, going to UCL, and you're happy.... Next season you somehow fail and end up 10th position You'll probably end up like Girona FC. People will just be wondering how come you performed really well the previous season, in good position and reasonable revenue but can't strengthen significantly the next season. You start playing shït and your performance begins to look like a fluke. This is only offset by good performances in Europe since UEFA renumerates well. But when you can't strengthen well enough for today as compared to other teams, your playing at a disadvantage. For clubs who regularly maintain the top 7 position, it's very predictable for them. But for others who can't maintain a consistent performance for a 3yr period, lord help you. This is probably the major problem I feel is wrong with La liga. Just my speculations tho. So who knows..... |

Bimmarlykay:From next summer I assure you, you'll see headway. For now na suffering and smiling depending on when Tebas finally approves physical VIP seats sales. So January transfer window no sure like dis. |
| Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by abduleez1(m): 1:25pm On Nov 27, 2025 |
One other thing, in fact the biggest culprit that I find actually stüpid is La Liga adding the costs of a clubs other sporting activities like basketball, volleyball and hockey etc to the clubs' total calculations. For a club as big as Barca, it's more problematic.... We have Barca Femeni, Barca youth, Volleyball and Basketball teams..... All these ventures expenses are added to Barca's final numbers which will finally impact our FFP and wages we're allowed to spend. |

| Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by BykeLaByke: 2:13pm On Nov 27, 2025 |
andrewbaba44:Yup. Though it's still November, but they have the depth and for that aspect only Arsenal rivals them. |
| Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by BykeLaByke: 2:19pm On Nov 27, 2025 |
Kilishihunter:Arsenal has the depth, Chelsea too also. The only advantage Arsenal has over them is the fact that they've experienced more heartbreak as a team which means they play every match with fire in their eyes. Chelsea on the other hand the quality of their players show they can put up a fight. Woh it's still November sha. Make their two peak early, though I'm certain Barca faces one of them in the knockout stages if Barca gets there. |
