The main purpose is to have easy road access to south south crude oil without the rigor of traveling through the SE states . It a “sophisticated “ political maneuver.

After the construction, the SE can go ahead and have their own country, no one will care as long as the oil is still accessible.

Tinubu asked state governors to start taking care of those areas, but he didn't bother to check how many is investing in it. How much do states have to invest in power?

Those trillions he's wasting on that useless road should've formed a counterpart fund for states willing to invest in power. The FG pays 50% and has a 50% stake in power project proceeds, while states and private players will pay the 50% between them.

There can never be rapid growth without adequate power generation. In fact, tech cannot even thrive in an environment where there's no power.

Running a country isn't rocket science; we just have the dumbest of us leading us with their even dumber supporters hailing everything they do.

Nigerians are just too insensitive to reality…what he said is absolutely correct..:the expensive road is a misplaced responsibility at the time of this huge insecurity in the country and the problems with Nigerians is that they put emotions into everything…the road project that doesn’t have accountability but using it to embezzle funds…Nigerians are unnecessarily making these leaders too comfortable when someone said the right thing to make the government sit well …all you will do is yo go against who is fighting for you…Nigeria future is so bleak
