I placed an order on Jumhia on the 20th of this month. It was supposed to be delivered between yesterday and today, but I still haven’t received it and haven’t gotten any update from them. Please, what should I do next?

Annoying this. I ordered a mouse for work due tomorrow as mine stopped working. I even paid extra for next day delivery but Amazon delivered it to a white door while my door is black!

So I called Amazon, and now have to wait till Sunday to see if it arrives or they'll remedy their error.

But at least they've refunded the delivery charge meanwhile.

Track the package online nah,coz I believe mails were sent to you.

nothing was sent, tracking the package was just as useless too

Home delivery or to be taken at the nearest jumai station. If it's to be taken at the nearest station, it's likely to be there or you call their customer service..

to be delivered at the nearest pickup station, I'll called their customer yesterday and the said I would receive a mail before the day ends, turns out na just whining

... It happened to me as well, I went to the pickup station and was told it had been there since. When I got the good,I received a message that my already collected good is ready for pickup... So go to the pickup station and confirm as long as you have your tracking number with you.

I have to defend Jumia here. I order items on the site alot, sometimes they deliver what I order next day. It's faster for their dispatcher to deliver to their pick-up station closest to you than bringing your item to your gate.

You can cancel if you're not satisfied. There was a day I cancelled an order and I received refund same day.

Dispatcher did their job, it was the store attendant that didn't do their part . I once picked up an item as well and I kept receiving messages that I have item waiting for pickup.

I once ordered a product for someone travelling to UK . Jumia delayed the product for days , the person couldn't wait again I had to refund him when he travelled.
Only for jumia to send me a mail the next day to come pick it at their station.
The excuse I got at the station was that their staff were on holiday. So they didn't open for one week.

Since then I don't use Jumia again

Update (With apologies for highjacking InDiscov's thread).

Sunday came, and the wrong address my delivery was sent to never brought it to me. So I called Amazon on Monday and they swiftly refunded me. I reordered immediately, and my order has just arrived.

It's Tuesday. I'm peachy glad.
