Transportation/Logistics business is a good investment for those who understand the itineraries. Logistics business in particular is growing everyday.

Let me share my experience again. In 2006, I bought some land in Ikorodu for 180k per plot. The following year, First Bank launched their IPO and I bought 7000 units @ #33. By 2009,I was already regretting why I invested in shares. 💔💔
Fast forward to 2025, the plots of land are worth more than 10m each while my FBHolco shares are nothing to write home about.

N3 million ke ! Na from N4 million, the current price of that plot of land go start from.

Look for an Area/ location where development is moving to. I.e about to develop in terms of population and industrialiazation.

Land price is cheap currently in such Area.

Don't go buy land properties where the price is already up , except there are future signs of population and industrialiazation explosion

Plots of land in Atan and it's nearby environs in Oguns state 10-14 years back were very very cheap, go to those Areas today and see the costs of a plot of land there...why? Due to population explosion and industrials in those Areas.

Same thing about Epe Axis 10-14 yrs back but today...land price per plot is something else.

What about Ikorodu? Let those that bought plots of land 10-14 yrs back ,tell you the current value of those plots of land.

Buy shares from digital banks.

But the value of 3 million naira now is way less than 1 million naira 3 years ago. Hence, there's no ROI on the land. The only good thing is, if the land hadn't been procured that time, the money would have been long spent and forgotten.
