just go buy land in developing areas like Badagry, Ikorodu or Epe. i bought a plot of land in Grammar school area of Ikorodu for 850k in 2009. by 2021 (12 years later), i was able to sell a little below half a plot from the same land for 6.5 million naira look more towards Epe if you want to reap good benefits in 10 years from now. look more to Badagry is you want to reap better benefits in more than 10 years from now |

mocochannel:Farmlands are the new real estate, just like in the 1800s there would be serfs and landlords, Nollywood did a physco brainwash making people not reconnect with their ancestral village, thereby making a lot of your uncles and older family members sell your family's lands and pocket the proceeds. The amount of monies you can make on a 100 acre of land planting cashew, cocoa is mind blowing. You can even hedge the gains to plan for retirement and retire early. |

mocochannel:Look for an Area/ location where development is moving to. I.e about to develop in terms of population and industrialiazation. Land price is cheap currently in such Area. Don't go buy land properties where the price is already up , except there are future signs of population and industrialiazation explosion. |

Buy a plot of land in some remote areas then sell after 5-7yrs and make real profit. I could remember a man that bought an acre of land for N10m in 2013 or so. Today he sells one plot for over N9m cos development has come to the place. |

Buy landed property at a safe place in the town area. Convert the rooms to self contained apartments. Renovate and keep it cool. Even your children yet unborn will thank God for you. |

SpencerForbes:Land is good but make sure you buy genuine land o If you rush to buy land without proper verification, omoh you are on your own o. I currently have lands in two locations that are in dispute right now. One is 2 plots and the other is 1 plot. I don't commit hands for anything land in Abuja and nasarawa state. A gbagyi man will sell land for you and still proceed to sell the same land to not one but 2 different people and all of you will start fighting each other while lawyers use you to cash out. Shine your eyes before you buy land o. Except you want to start developing the land almost immediately. |

Invest in yourself, land, or gold, or even agricultural cash crops like palm tree. In 2007 - 2010 my friend's dad did heavy deforestation and planted palm trees. I went to the farms last week and I was chocked beyond my marrows, very big and mighty farm that you can't walk around it on foot. Even if you used a bike you will lost your way right inside the farm. That farm will be bigger than certain villages. The palm trees have become so huge, that you will need a climbing rope to harvest them. Sadly the farm is not being properly maintained, due to lack of management and reliable workforce, as such the yield is somehow poor. But the size of the land alone is some thing else. I counted over 650 palm tree stand on my own, I lost my way and had to shout before others could locate me. |

zanshi:Wow..thanks for the insights on cashews and cocoa farming. I love my village, Nollywood got nothing on me😀 That's exactly where I plan to invest. I don't want to develop another man's land while mine is in shambles. Charity must start from home✅ |

Blitzking:The total supply of pi and its pantry capitalization are too small for it to make a significant milestone in few years time.the highest pi can give you in the next 10 years is probably $10. Wait till second migration take place, you will see price drop below $0.1. |

Invest in mutual funds or any paper option that offers between 16 to 24% RoI annually. In 10 years time, you would have made a lot on your capital by compounding it. Let's say you invested 50million naira now in a mutual fund that offers 24% annually then you will make a total of almost 429million in 10years. Even if tax is removed and inflation is doing at it like, you go still know say you get 400m to do as you like ![]() |

mocochannel:A lot. Depends on what Portfolio you want/desires. Real Estate Agriculture These two I think is one of the best I can attest to personally. Real Estate: There is a Population Explosion right now, more people are moving to the urban areas and they will need accommodation. Building Houses will stand you in a good stead in the next 10 years. Agriculture: With the population explosion, people will eat of course. Position your investment to cater for this needs and you won't regret it. Go Cash Crops as most Cash crops starting bearing fruits from 4-8 years time and they go fruiting for a life time. |
