If the land/property is a legacy and someone is opposing the sale...I walk away.

If its not I find the reasons for the opposition and work at resolving it if possible.

Then get all parties to an understanding

We take pictures for evidence, I collect family receipt, I pay money and secure the property.

If you buy legacy one of them fit hammer 20 years latter and take you to court to go waste money and even win you...because justice is for sell here.

Try and have prior knowledge about them
Do research and make videos on them
It could even be critics or positive vibe, do any of them and get fan base, slowly you will become an influencer. Also have account with the same name across all platform including x too and focus on them one by one

I lost around 1.2million naira this year to forex. It made me miserable because this year would have been a highly successful one for me without that loss.
