Lagos To Host 96-Hour DJ Marathon Festival Featuring 100 DJs

Lagos is gearing up for a 96-hour non-stop DJ Marathon Festival featuring 100 DJs taking hourly turns in a bid to set a new world record for the longest continuous DJ performance.

Organisers say the marathon, scheduled for December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026, will showcase Lagos’ vibrant party culture, spotlight local and international DJs, and stream live to over 100 countries.

This is the type of misplaced priorities that make Lagos one of the worst global cities without free education for all children, free basic healthcare for all residents, even water supply is not provided despite Tinubu TAX master plan increasing the state budget to N4.2 trillion in 27 years from N42 billion.

The Lagos State government has said the ratio of public to private schools at both primary and secondary school levels in the state is one to 22.

The state’s Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo, gave the revelation in her remark at the 2022 edition of the Total School Support Seminar Exhibition (TOSSE) held at Oregun in Ikeja between Thursday and Friday.

Lagos — Pension teachers in Lagos State under the aegis of Teacher Pensioners of Nigeria (TEPAN) have urged Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to review his stance on paying the harmonised three year old outstanding pension allowance or risk losing their votes.

In a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of TEPAN, Mr. Ayodabo 'Lade, accused Tinubu of failing to pay the arrears to teachers on their correct pension grade since the year 2000, contrary to what was obtainable in other five States of the South-west controlled by the Alliance for Democracy (AD).

If just means music would be on for 4 days straight. Individuals can come and dance their dance and go home but music would be there for the next set.
