You cannot just come online and declare something so vital about our faith with absolutely no scripture to back it up. Your points sound like mere sentiments and not fundamental teachings of faith and grace. Your reasoning does not in any way equate to God's. Confessing to the wrong person will be the issue .. confessing to a man of God will automatically make you saved if you repent .. but if you confess to a demon who wants to hook you .. you are in soup . Confessing is step 1 .. repenting genuinely is step 2 .. step 3 is never returning back to it .. and you are now saved and become a blessing to other unbelievers

I did not say anything about fear of sin but it is known that sinners must be afraid of judgement and therefore wish many things
