Trump criticized the Nigerian government for not effectively dealing with terrorists killing Christians in Nigeria and he threatened to send soldiers to Nigeria with "guns ablazing" - bandits and terrorists in Nigeria liked the news and decided to begin a new game called "Catch me if You can" - from one state to the other - school girls kidnapped, Christians taken away during a live church service and many more. Nigeria got heated up the next day after Trump's statement, making the country interesting. The Nigerian government began series of emergency meetings regarding Trump's statement - Newspaper headlines flooded with the high-profile statement that the people can't get enough. What's the worst that would happen - If American soldiers come to Nigeria? 1. The soldiers will arrive as promised and set anyone they see as terrorists - ablaze? 2. The soldiers will set up a Military base in Nigeria and stay for years monitoring? 3. The American government will take possession of Nigeria indefinitely? Many Analysts have argued that Nigeria is a sovereign country and Americans cannot interfere. The core issue, is not about Nigeria's sovereignty - but instead about Nigeria's willingness to help itself. Sometimes, harsh statements are made when people are emotional - such statements don't truly represent the real intention of a person - but we can assume the impulsive statement from Trump, got the Nigerian government to be more proactive - and at the same time, the statement put the country into more danger. Truth be told - the Nigerian government continues to fight insecurity in their country - and this engagement has been ongoing for more than a decade. Due to the third-world status of the country, the fight against insecurity has not been very successful. Nigeria's high poverty rate is one of the key factors responsible for the rampant kidnappings and terrorist attacks - many terrorists live off the proceeds of these crimes -and this problem is likely to continue for as long as possible. A way the Nigerian government can safeguard the Nigerian citizens from terrorist attacks, is to continuously educate it's people on security and emergency life-hack lessons through the schools, seminars, conferences and the media - a prevention of a problem is often times better that the solution itself. https://kayjordanjournals..com/2025/12/nigerian-bandits-cant-wait-to-see.html |

Nobody is waiting for Trump soldiers here. We will continue to do what we can do to help ourselves while we await the day we will have the capacity to do it all by ourselves. |

After securing enough collateral damage to deter any aggression and subtle reassurance from the compromised APC. That's conditional bravery. If you want to see true bravery go southward. |

The Americans should first of all settle their own internal issues before thinking of coming to Nigeria. We are not interested in their so called democracy |

Maybe you're right... The huge American military budget made the American military find Osama Bin Laden in 30 minutes. mrvitalis: |

You are paying attention to the results only - acknowledge the sometimes long processes involved in finding and neutralising terrorists. mrvitalis: |

Rule number one: Never underestimate the enemy. Even if America sends a 15,000 man- troop to Nigeria - the operation will still require planning, strategy and timing - "not a fly in - bomb and go strategy". mrvitalis: |

Trump's statement was a reflection of the frustration many feel about the situation in Nigeria. |

Trump should also ask Tinubu to vacate office. His failure created the disaster in the first place. |

2-hour operation is too short a time to neutralize terrorists - the terrorists are not concentrated in a particular area - they are sparsely populated. You must bear in mind - some terrorists live amongst citizens and some terrotists have hostages with them. The operation has to be an investigate, search, rescue, neutralize strategy which would require intelligence and planning rather than a quick 50 drones shoot out - unless you want to see mistakes. This isn't Palestine or Ukraine war where there's no consideration for soldiers or the citizens of those countries. mrvitalis: |

The Bandits live in large group accepted - but there are caliphates and communities controlled and likely occupied by bandits and terrorists like ISWAP. Second point: Military drones can only dislogde or disengage activities of terrorists - it cannot kill them totally in minutes - please note: some terrorists will escape, some will not die and some wil not be on ground at that specific time. Terrorism cannot be eliminated - it can only be controlled. Third point: Americans need foot soldiers on ground for quality and effective tackling of insecurity in Nigeria - it requires more human-interaction than robotic actions - that's why military bases are built in the first place. mrvitalis: |

kayjordan:Firstly as of today their routes are already known, they supply chain is known, the military equipment hid out is known America do precision strikes, nigerian forces clean them out... It's basic |
| Re: Nigerian Bandits Can't Wait To See Trump's Soldiers On Their Land by kayjordan(op): 9:35am On Dec 02, 2025 |
It's not as basic as you think - let's do an exercise - "Spray or fumigate a mosquito or rodent infested house with insecticide/ fumigation gas for 2 hours - relocate people back into the house after 1 week of fumigation and assure them the house is safe now - ' tell them: no more mosquitoes, no more rats' - and check back on them in 3-months - would they inform you that mosquitoes have not disturbed them for the past 3 months and they don't see rats in the house anymore? - or will they inform you that a member of the house had a malaria fever last week and someone else in the house just saw a rat crawl into the kitchen last night?" mrvitalis: |

kayjordan:You see this paragraph you wrote below 👇🏾 "Spray or fumigate a mosquito or rodent infested house with insecticide/ fumigation gas for 2 hours - relocate people back into the house after 1 week of fumigation and assure them the house is safe now - ' tell them: no more mosquitoes, no more rats' - and check back on them in 3-months - would they inform you that mosquitoes have not disturbed them for the past 3 months and they don't see rats in the house anymore? - or will they inform you that a member of the house had a malaria fever last week and someone else in the house just saw a rat crawl into the kitchen last night?"Yep . . . That paragraph above ☝🏾 made me realise you've been contracting 'local' unprofessional fumigators to run jobs for you or you reside in a pest infested location If you are basing your logic on such a premise them I'm sorry to say but your opinion will cave in like a pack of wet cards under very light scrutiny 🧐 |
| Re: Nigerian Bandits Can't Wait To See Trump's Soldiers On Their Land by kayjordan(op): 11:06am On Dec 02, 2025 |
The paragraph's function is to illustrate a problem - only if an explanation is not clear enough. The illustration is representational -and not designed to perfectly analyse the problem - but rather give a close visual idea of the problem. Your thinking process is likely influenced by "science-fiction" - which is understandable. The paragraph simply explains and re-affirms my last submission which is - you can disengage terrorists (mosquitoes) even with high-quality American military weapons (expensive international fumigators) and achieve a temporary result (no more sleepless nights for at least 3months) and still have a re-grouping of terrorists (mosquitoes) who escaped during attacks to seek refuge in neighbouring countries (runaway mosquitoes if any) - or terrorists (mosquitoes) who were not present during the raid returning to these locations (house fumigated 3-months ago) to continue their criminality. The situation is not 100% about quality (expensive stuff) - but also about quantity (numbers of terrorists involved and their allies; number of years the problem has been in existence) - so there must be a balance. I await your 'light scrutiny' as self-implied - If no further response - enjoy an infested day at home. SeeWahala: |

What Ebukal67x means is - America cannot help Nigeria fight its war (physically) as stipulated by international laws - she can only serve as a consultant to Nigeria. amazingspiderma: |
