Tinubu cannot associate himself with this monumental failure. From APC perspective, the aim will be to replace this man with a Bonafide APC Governor and that is what will happen.

Soft landing how? It a waste of time for him to go to APC as he will not be given ticket.Wike has long destroyed PDP so is best bet is to go to SDP or Accord or Labour party.Mimiko defeated Agagu in 2006 vying under Labour.

NO EVIDENCE, NO ANNOUNCEMENT : THIS LETTER COLLAPSES ON ARRIVAL.

1. The letter shown below may not hold up in court because it is difficult to believe that the Governor of Osun State resigned from the PDP one month ago without the public knowing.

2. Journalists, government information officers, and even the governor’s spokesperson are always with him, yet none of them reported it until almost a month later. This alone can make the court reject the letter. Haba!

3. Under basic principles of administrative law and evidence, any official action must be properly announced, clearly documented, and publicly verified. Since this letter lacks transparency, has no proof of authenticity, and was not made public as expected for an elected government official, the court may easily declare it invalid.

4. It is even more surprising that no newspaper reported such a major event for over a month. Meanwhile, pictures and videos of the governor collecting the PDP governorship nomination form recently are everywhere—on social media, in newspapers, on TV, and on radio. If Governor Adeleke goes to another party after publicly collecting a PDP nomination form, it may end up being an own goal against himself.

Legal points:

Section 35 of the Electoral Act 2022 says that if a candidate knowingly allows himself to be nominated by more than one political party or in more than one constituency, such nomination is void.

This means a person cannot be a valid candidate for two or more parties for the same election.

What this means in practice:

If someone is nominated by more than one political party for a single election, for example, for governor, any additional nomination beyond the first is invalid.

The person cannot contest that election under more than one party.

The invalid nomination may even disqualify the person completely from contesting under those parties.

DON'T FORGET ; I posted it 4 months ago that Gov. Adeleke will decamp from PDP to another party, many of the PDP members called me names but today, I am vindicated.

I am not a lawyer but I have shown you the law in this regard.

And the love is organic. Very few governors are loved by the people like Adeleke. Unless they rig, Adeleke will win even and an independent candidate.

Sure is one term governor for now. But if God intervene on his behalf that APC can accept him but saying that he is going to Accord Party to contest for governor election in 2026. No way for him to come back to government house.
