Location: Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos
Property Type: 7 Luxury 3-Bedroom Flats with BQ + Service Areas

We are seeking a Facility Management Admin / Concierge Manager to oversee the smooth running of a residential property, ensure excellent service delivery, and serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility operations for 7 residential flats and common areas

Welcome and attend to visitors, residents, contractors, and delivery personnel

Handle guest check-ins for short-stay residents and visitors

Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable

Coordinate and monitor security personnel and access control

Maintain communication with residents on issues, complaints, or service requests

Keep accurate logs of visitors, maintenance activities, and incidents

Support administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reports, inventory, and vendor coordination

Ensure compliance with property policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Admin, Facility Management, Hospitality Management or related fields

2+ years experience in facility management, concierge, hospitality, or residential administration

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good supervisory abilities and people-management skills

Proficiency with basic computer and administrative tools

Well-organized, neat, and able to multitask

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Must be courteous, professional, and trustworthy
