That video is Ekwulobia a new city in Anambra state adding to three already existing Onitsha, Awka and Nnewi, if you know Anambra state you understand that every part of the state is fast developing forming into One Mega City State

....while since 1976, Imo state has been building one city - Owerri.
It lost the once developing cities of Okigwe and Orlu.
Why? Because Owerri coveted and got 100% of all federal and state government institutions for Imo state located in Owerri area.
Owerri still covets govt institutions till tomorrow, no atom of consideration for what can be located in Orlu and Okigwe zones to induce modern develooment in the two zones.
