The glitch as mentioned by Mahmood was the fact that blurred results were found on IREV for the Presidential elections. He never said it didn't happen in other elections eitherz he onlh answered questions he was asked.

We are and we remain a federation of different tribes. What the heck do you mean by ‘being tribal’? Didn’t the SE region voted P.Obingo at 99% in the last election?
