Nigeria n certificates..they can issue certificate for anything n everything

PDP are unserious people. its like they think politics is content creation. its one thing to say we will issue them certificate of expulsion as banter but to actually do it and pay for the certificates to be delivered by courier is a new level of pettiness and shows they are not serious people.

Some kind of dismissal certificate or what, and what will be the use?

A little too late but rather late than never. Wike didn't see this coming at all. He thought his stooges like Fintiri and Muftwang would have forestalled this but they were either kept in the dark or knowingly threw Wike under the bus while maintaining plausible deniability. Recall that certain key figures of the Makinde faction, including Makinde himself, had also been expelled from the party.
