So oro should continue to terrorise people? There are ways to display our cultural heritage to attract audience instead of fear. The insecurity in the country will only mean that the noose around the neck 🧣 of some certain cultural celebrations that promote fear will be tightened certainly.
It's not about bashing people's tribes or ancestors, but reinventing our cultural displays like masquerades to attract people's love like the Carribbean does...other than people's fear.

If things continue like this I can assure you some of these masquerades will be sent to the annals of history. The cultural displays is for the people to enjoy and not for the people to fear

The guy I quoted is an ibo IPOB and Obidient claiming Lagos as no man's land.

The police should release him immediately, when this police are in South they behave anyhow,while terrorist are having their ways in the north, akwa ibom is the most peaceful state in Nigeria, so the police should not cause problems for the state, this was how the police triggered boko haram, by killing Yusuf, till today we are still battling with that mistake.

These masquerades harass people, some use their cane to threaten and flog a person they demand money from.... some chase people away in a busy area and businesses areas where shops are and cause chaos and problems in that area and want to enter shop to do petty stealing.... and they masquerades followers or members will want to use that chaos in that area to enter shop and do petty stealing..steal some items

Masquerades is for fun and entertainment but not to be harassing people, chasing people up and down with cane and flogging some people causing chaos , problems in that area
