No region needs oil to "develop". Optimally developed human resources automatically guarantees the development of every region. As simple as that.

Let's be honest..the only reason why Nigerians cherish Christopher is because he is very eloquent in his speech.. aside talk.. really what was the exceptional thing he did as CDS.. well probably he did alot ..same way other previous service chiefs did..but it was not enough..
