This solutions are better than US military action that could worsen the situation. The US should allow us use the weapons we bought outright with our own money and not limit us on where and when to use them This is part of the problem the military is facing in the fight against terrorism |

Sirjamo:Keep denying the obvious, it's your business. Sharia can't function in a civilized society. Imagine a law that makes western education a sin, what is the benefits of Sharia since it's introduction.? Sharia laws only works on the poor Muslims. Tell me how many rich Muslims have been affected by Sharia law in Nigeria? |

PigTormentor:But you Americans are not fleeing from your country, like our people. Americans are not trekking in the desert to get to europe, Americans are not selling off their properties to leave Nigeria. Every Nigerian is highly terrorized, roads are not safe. It is on the news today that local airfare has gone up to 300k. This is not return ticket o but one way. I don't care about what is happening in Gaza, but what happens in my home. If America's focus on Nigeria will give some sanctity to human life to Nigerians then let it be. |

TyroneP:Diversionary tactics. US shootings are mostly done by single person on either the influence of drugs or motivated by other personal grievances against institutions or person. Nigeria's violence by Jihadists is coordinated by Islamists seeking to establish a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws. |

creolehunt:. Perhaps this will lead to the end of the horrific dysfunctional amalgamated place called Nogeria. We cannot live together with those who derive pleasure in killing their fellow humans like Ileya rams. Let us part ways. No wonder they are trying yo force that demonic law on SW. May God help us increase the intensity of the inferno that's burning that man who was behind the ill-fated amalgamation. |

That is exactly what we need. Sharia needs to end in Nigeria. We do not care if it has worked in Saudi or elsewhere. At least those ones are not in the news for terrorism. Ban Sharia now!!! |

And even then, the shooters are immediately shot or imprisoned sooner or later. Unlike Nigerian terrorists who are pardoned and "reunited" into the society. onuman: |

onuman:Are you telling me what I know? You read news but I'm a scholar in the field of Criminology and Security Intelligence. My major is Intelligence. I was thinking you'll respond to the post in a statistical manner and not patterns. I've not even talked about drug-related killings, that involves gangs or Trans-border. Putting the total casualties together is bigger than Nigeria's problems. US didn't report intelligence failure before 9*1. They saw it coming but they doubted it. Key takeaway: There's what we call official crime statistics and unofficial crime statistics. Some crimes in US are underreported. Same way in every country. The fact remains that Nigeria government should be proactive in their approach to security menace. |
