Two months ago, someone constructed a lithium battery pack for me using 140 cells, but now it can’t power a 15-watt fan for 12 hours at night after just two months of use.
I’m using a 200W solar panel and a 1000W inverter.
Please, I need help on what to do.

Sorry about that. I think something is happening in one of the parallel groups. May be one or few cells are bad drawing the group's voltage down to BMS cut off voltage. If you are technically inclined you can dismantle the battery pack and test the individual groups then check all cells in the defective group.

If could be a case of disconnections of some cells from the group or some cells are just bad.

This is one of the challenges with using cylindrical cells and also not using new cells that are identical in all measures.

If it’s possible for you to open it and check if there is a balancer, one block might have gone bad or too low.

would suggest he at least open it up so we see the inside. Who knows how the inside be.

Another is let him contact the builder so he hears what the builder got to say. Oridinarily, He should be able to fix without charging extra except it's a serious issue BUT if things such as balancing, the builders hould be able to assist with such without asking for pay.

Also, we would love to know capacity of those cells and if they're brand new or used

This has always been the biggest challenge of having to weld/sold large number of cylindrical cells to make a pack. I am currently working on a soldering/welding free pack whereby one will just open the pack and replace the bad cells easily without having to go through the stress of tearing all the welded cell apart

If you are handy and can build a battery pack yourself you can get x2 of that energy with that amount.
Will be testing some cells I got from someone in this forum soon. Will drop recommendations after the test.

Battery goes down to 15 percent at night ,despert am only using Qasa dc fan , I was previously using SMS 30a I decided to buy this 60a from a guy on FB , since the past two days despert my battery is fully charged ,once at night it just goes totally low from 2am

Energy doesn't just disappear. You either have load on, or your battery wasn't actually fully charged.
