Ghanains are obsessed with Nigerians... They love to spread false facts about Nigerians. Without taking into consideration or giving kudos to the help, role,or the part that Nigerians play in their entertainment industry generally. Nigeria is one of the markets that embraces and accepts everything without bias. If it's good. Nigerians would accept and play it without consideration for where it's coming from. Nigerians accept things from outside almost to a fault. Same cannot be said of the same people that like to sit down back and criticize all the time. They always like to shift blames. Nigeria or the success of Nollywood or the entertainment industry in Nigeria generally isn't the reason for the failure of the Ghanian entertainment industry. Someone should help me ask this Ibrahim sellasie if Ghanians themselves accept and watch their own movies? Why are they not watching their own movies which most of them are low budget with weak story lines but expect Nigerians to watch them. Ghanains watch Nigerian movies because it's more entertaining to them especially compared to their own movies and not because they want to deliberately support Nigeria movie industry or entertainment generally. These Ghanians can really be annoying and unnecessarily competitive and petty sometimes! |

Because what Ghollywood stand for are mostly seductive movies without good headings. And they don't have any Actor except the actor turned pastor of a guy. |

Charlie, Why should we in Nigeria watch a bunch of "Nigerian wannabes?" Ghanians that struggle to sound Nigerian, act Nigerian, be Nigerian, and talk Nigerian. They even overestimate themselves as our "RIVALS." They don't know that we only remember the word "Ghana" when things are not working in Nigeria and we want to yab our leaders. |

Maxymilliano:I watched it on AIT too and it is still my favourite Ghana Soap Opera till today. I have searched on YouTube for the old episodes but I keep seeing snippets of the spin off and I don't like spin off of movies. Funny enough, Inspector Bediako is a remake of Sledge Hammer. Did you watch the American series called Sledge Hammer? The lead actor's catchphrase is "Trust me I know what I am doing." |

There we go again….. Ghanians with their inferiority complex mentality. No country in the world dance to the Azonto’s song by ODG a Ghanian then than Nigerians. Even Awilo Logomba clearly expressed his feelings on how Nigerian listeners catapulted his acceptance globally. If you do good music or film, we will watch but you can force your things on us just because they are from Ghana. |

There was a time that Ghanaian movies are preferred in Nigeria but since you people refused to invest in your movie industry, you were only cashing out from Nigerian viewers and not Bollywood has taken over |

Ghanians think that making real movies is about showing nudity in their movies. Many of them acted in Nigeria, but learnt nothing. Those folks have a long way to go. |
