You can renew with the MTN App, used it last night.
You can also fund your wallet on the Fibre dashboard, yes auto renewal works.

For about a week now, my fiberx network has been this slow during the day and I get up to 24-27mbps at midnight only. Please is anyone experiencing thesame issues?

Its really frustrating because it took almost 3 weeks after installation of constant calling for them to activate it and after 3days this happened and I've been calling them and they're saying they've sent an email check back tomorrow 🤦‍♂️

this is a great speed unless you're paying for 50mbps and getting this ......kindly clarify which subscription you paid for

I thought they had cancelled 25mbps and 50mbps is the least you can subscribe to presently?

My router has been here for over 3 weeks, not working, they have refused to respond to all queries. Called, visited their office, nothing was done.

They will install for you and disappear.
It's only to advertise they know o . Their service is very very bad. If you have an alternative pls go for it.

Mtn fiberX you guys need to do better, you're about to turn yourselves to Nitel of old,where customers will be begging and negotiating before you attend to faults and complains.If you don't improve you will go the way of Old Nitel.Thank God its just one month subscription. If you guys don't improve a lot of people will dump your router in the trash after the expiration of their one month subscription and move on,thank God the router is even free.

Installers are the biggest issue, since MTN outsources it. You dey install fiber, you no go carry tool to test for signal.

In my own case I had to provide them with,lader, hammer & clips. What an incompetent bunch.

This is the problem with fibre. Once there is an issue, especially if it requires deployment of personnel to the affected location, it could take time.

It seems calling out MTN on Twitter finally did the trick.

I called them out yesterday evening and they requested my details.

Very early this morning, I got a call from an engineer, and he came to diagnose and resolve the issue.

It seems the installer did a bad job.
He pointed out that the fibre wire was stretched too tight at some point.

If you plan on getting Fibrex, make sure you supervise the installation and ensure there is as little tension as possible on the wire, as it is quite fragile.

My Fibrex is now working smoothly!

We have two type of cable

We have strong one and the fragile cable..

The fragile cable can easily break at any time and the strong one doesn't break easily

Exactly, I noticed that the replacement cable used in my case was way more thicker and less flexible than the former.

Another point to note for those intending to get the fiberx.
Ensure the installer uses the durable cable.

Aren't you the same guy someone on this thread complained about that ran away with his money after he made payment for three months? Don't you have any shame?

I reset my MTN Fibre today and since it restarted, I've not been able to browse with it

AKOWONJO residents, call me for your FIBER X onboarding and installation. It's totally free, you are only paying for subscription

Please how do you see the statistics of data used, its not on the fibrex console.
i just want to know the amount of data used monthly.
