Seize all the money in their accounts, seize all the money in the accounts they made transfers to. Any Bitcoin platform collecting funds from this account should refund all to Nigeria government. Also ensure they are all arrested and all their assets seized wherever they are in the country.

The Rwandan ones, Nigeria must also go after them and demand compensation from Rwandan government.

Also, there has to be a restriction on how many accounts a registered business can open. How can one business open 40 accounts? Max should not be more than 2, checking and investment accounts per financial institution and not more than 3 institutions.

I dont usually believe stories from Sahara reporters but this story may sound a bit credible to me due to an obvious reason. My boss (now retired) was booked to go for a conference in US many years ago but he missed the conference cos i learned that his visa was either delayed or denied. I was later told that the reason for the delay was because he bears a similar name with an individual who was flagged as a terr-0rist financier. I'm just shocked to see that name in this list
