No wonder Tinubu coined a personal anthem for you all to recite. It's the highest form of low self-esteem. If General Musa was recruited based on competency and capacity and he's here to serve, he need not kowtow to show gratitude. It's a responsibility on his shoulder, not a reward. Nigerians should be the ones showing him gratitude after having delivered.

First of all she genuflected not kneel

Secondly her name shows she's from the Niger Delta, possibly Delta state where kneeling for elders is not part of their culture

Thirdly, I don't see that the heck is the big deal in her genuflecting for Tinubu. If anything it shows she respect his age and office and there's nothing much to it after all, Teni a Yoruba lady refused to kneel for Buhari since she did not see him as deserving of her respect.

It has nothing to do with culture since both Tinubu and Mrs Musa are not from same cultural background

That’s exactly how people see it … if you’re called to serve base on your competency, you don’t need to be bowing up and down, prostrating on the floor… you can do that after you’ve finished rendering your service to show

And to thank whoever appointed you… it’s then your eye service will be valued by the public..,


Doing it before resuming your job only shows you’re incompetent and only saw an opportunity to steal public funds, because there’s nothing to be happy about state of Nigeria insecurity, in fact this type of position, honourable people that have nothing to offer shy away from it or even reject the opportunity.

If I ask any of my staff do a job and he does it well I will always thank him even though I pay him. It's a sign of decency and it portrays you as a gentleman.

They just like kneeling and rolling on the floor!

What kind of irritating bunch of willing serfs are these.
Everyday, we are regaled here with stories of how one person or the other lay on the floor to greet an Oba or a governor. They like to lay on the floor to worship their fellow humans..
Is this not inferiority complex?

They hardly criticise their Obas. Easier to see a northerner lambasting his governor than to see a anyone from the South West doing so. And that's why their states look worse off when compared to other regions.
It's all about bowing to humans like they are God and getting upset with anyone who refuses to do so..
