Hey guys, my name is Michael...you can call me Shizi or ShizL. I am the CEO of Shizi Media. I shoot, I edit and basically create videos on a daily basis especially for my church. Now AI has come to stay and before I am left behind I decided to embrace it.

I brought it to my church and so we basically create most of our videos using AI. The good thing is everything I need was given to me so it was easy to pick any tool to work with and learn from.

So sometime last week my mentor asked me to create an explainer video. All he sent me was the pdf that had a detailed explanation of the business and the services it is meant to provide. He was expecting the same ol kinda video I create, that is videos of humans and efizi text but I decided to try out something different.

I have always liked cartoons (Yes I am not too old for it...holla Rick and Morty fans) and I knew that this video I was asked to create, being a financial service video, would be better if it was 2d cartoon explainer video. So I dove straight to chatgpt and the rest is history.

The first thing I did was to upload the pdf I was given and ask it to come up with an advert from the content of this pdf.

First asking it what it thinks the goal should be.
Then I asked the best copywriting style that will work based on its suggestion

When we were in agreement, I asked it to write out the script for the advert.

But even after it wrote it, I just considered it as a first draft. I then pushed it harder to write it better asking if its sure this is the absolute best and in about 5mins, I had a decent script for the video

No, I have to create everything myself from scratch and edit them, placing the clips according to the words spoken. Its not a copy and paste and the AI does everything kinda thing.

Find a cartoon you like and upload it to Nano banana and tell it to create the image you want using the style. See how I did it in the image below. I just went to something like freepik or lottiefiles to find a 2d image I like and simply uploaded it to be used as sample
