I have a property worth over 300mil in Lagos with C of O ,I need a loan that will span for 7 months atleast to complete the building I am building , the building is on build and sell so its 100% of getting the money back,please do you know the bank I can approach for this?

It’s hard doing JV in this country if the person bringing the money is not your family,I have been searching for JV since before I had to approach the bank.
