He didn't repeat it, his past life caught up with him. Their assumption that he may run away or commit another offense seems justifiable, that's why he's remanded until next year. He's been on their watchlist for years!!!

He had allegedly committed UK offence in 2003 before apparently running to Nigeria to establish himself. He then ran back to U.K. because he is also a UK citizen. And Was arrested on stepping back on U.K. soil. He was apparently having sex with married woman and filming without their knowledge. He apparently leaked this to the husband which led to the marriage collapsing.
