Please what format was their assessment, GMAT or SHL, and was it Sellafield who handled it like this year's?

I applied for this year's aradel graduate trainee program. Passed the first level assessment which was a speed test (15 questions in 5 minutes) and took the second level assessment test (75 questions in 75 minutes).

I'm still awaiting results from that as the next phase is the assessment center.

Have they sent the emails to prospective trainees yet?

some people that did the test in 2023 used calculators and passed

Well, I have gotten both a text message and an email for the first level assessment test. I must say, the threads from both the 2017(beginning 2013) and the 2023 recruitments were quite a meander of emotions. Here's my own mail attached and I hope to go on to impact just as @airsaylongcome usually says.

Heard it's Numerical, Deductive and Inductive reasoning. Then in addition, for Engineering graduates, there is a mechanical comprehension test, while for the others, there is a data-checking test.

Okay boss. Can you please walk us thru the assessment levels (what happens in each level)? And also the SHL practice questions are extremely difficult. Any hope for common man?

For engineering, it’s not interactive and it’s the same but not the same question. But expect some repeated questions

The questions are multiple choice, the last test had less verbal reasoning question for engineering.

Thank you for your response. My course of study is computer science and I heard the new format is more likely not going to be multiple choice but interactive instead since that's what SHL is moving towards. I don't know which one to practice between interactive and the standard SHL assessment since they kind of vary in the level of toughness
