The man in the suit is Real Madrid Refereeing delegate Carlos Magia Davilla. He's also the husband of Yolanda Parga, who's a director in the Comité Técnico de Arbitros (CTA) meaning Technical Committee of Referees in RFEF. This committee is the bosses of all the referees in Laliga.

Immediately after the FT whistle, he approached the referee to intimidate him.

I checked his age(32) and it's clear he's new to the biz. Like I said yesterday, it's the first time in UCL/Laliga where the ref didn't fall for Madrid's shenanigans. He was too bold, too cold and too unfazed. I think he'll be demoted to segunda division, division de honour or even outrightly suspended. I doubt he'll ever ref a game involving Madrid again.
