During the Nigeria Biafra war, you guys contracted the British, the Soviets , the Chadians, the Algerians, Egyptians, Nigerien and Co to help you isolate, bomb and enforce embargoes against the east. The.bombed and shelled every square miles.

Why are those measures not being employed against the fulani and the North today?

It has to be said out loud. That's because it is an industry for corruption. A war that brings in raw cash. We all know this. APC used it to campaign and they are still using it to campaign after 11 years in government, what does that tell youhuh
And that same apc that used the insecurity to campaigned are the same demons you are refering to today as your new saviour and messiah in ADC.

Atiku
El rufai
Mallami
These 3 personally imported Fulani millitia to Nigeria to fight Gej just to take power but today you are hailing them simply you hate Tinubu.

Obi on the other side supporting ipob ravaging SE yet he is your messiah so what are you talking?

Assymetrhic warfare.

That's why from 1968-1991 the UK army and government fought a long war against the IRA and the INLA.

If you don't lose, you win.

Corruption at a higher rate than the civil war time. What we see today is high level of decadence. The untrained young boys cc called Almajiri have suddenly found job in working for Boko Haram and other bandits gangsters. The military that are to combat them too has seen opportunity to make money till they retire .. they just sign in their bits without fighting any battle . Only God can solve the problem

Baba Iyabo, as a military man, should know that conventional war is easier to win or lose than guerrilla warfare, where the enemy can be your friend during the day and become a combatant at night. It's much harder to know who the enemy is.
The US and Russia eventually ran away from Afghanistan after about 20 years of guerrilla war when they failed to defeat and define the true enemy.

the guy is a cool. Let them develop at their own pace..... Who is slowly doing the pace of development in Nnewi ? It is even that street urchin Nnamdi Kanu that is holding ibos from development. All this sit down at home on Monday has made those places lose billions of Naira on.a daily basis and it is so dulling. So if your child is sick you cannot take the child to hospital on Monday. Children must be happy they have one extra day to play. No Yoruba Vagabond can try that nonsense in Lagos. Lagos will drop you if you are not moving forward. Sit down at home in.Lagos, the next week the touts will all be in jail. Ndigbo have fallen my hand.

Biafra war was a bit different. Yes civillans died ( bombing was indiscriminate)

But here is the thing. Biafra was a country with well defined borders. The warfront was well defined too, which is why today you can access military maps showing how the war progressed.

But boko and bandits have no defined borders they are defending, fight by attacking at times of their choosing and prefer to attack remote areas, use humans as shields (Biafra army never did that because they were a proper army)., and do hit and run attack. And they hide in areas that would make bombing look like a severe human rights abuse. And are dispersed that you deal with one unit, another one comes . ( At least in the civil war everyone knew where the front was. No such thing in fighting boko) .

And crucially they don't take on the army directly, and when they do, they send in 200 fighters to attack a remote army post manned by ten soldiers. When they do take on the army they lose. And they have no compunction of using people as human shields.

This is not a similar war to the civil war. This is anarchic madman warfare.

( This post does not excuse the atrocities of the Biafra war. It explains why fighting boko is a different kettle of fish.)

Also we got a lot of help from foreign countries . Or have you forgotten where we got our tucano turboprop from? That has been used against bandits and boko?

Who is benefiting from the IPOB guerrilla warfare in the SE? Are the Northerners benefiting from that, too?
This one and others like him are always quick to point fingers while the rest of the fingers are pointing back at them.
You see Bikoharam as terrorists that must be destroyed while calling for the release of your own terrorist leader.
How do you guys sleep at night with such a level of open hypocrisy?

Sharia law has been embedded in Nigeria's constitution since 1979.

Prior to independence, and even up to military take over post independence, Sharia has been in place in core northern Nigeria.

There is something the ex-president knows that we don't and hes not telling us because this escalation began the moment he visited the founder who was later killed that very day.

You right but it officially started in nigeria in1999 under zamfara state governor sani yerima when he adopted full sharia criminal law. if the government obasanjo had not allowed it almost all this problem won't be here today like hibab or so etc and now people are saying Sharia law should be cancelled which if it's not possible again. It's already in thier blood and they will defend it with thier blood.
