NL fam please we need your assistance here.

I work with a bank, and gave out bank loan to a customer.

The customer used the bank’s money which was supposed to be for his business to travel abroad.
Immediately after he got the loan, he closed down his business, and due to this japa, he has been unreachable, and has refused to pay back.

I have been placed on indefinite loan recovery suspension without pay, until Ithe customer is able to pay up the money.

I’ve tried to reach out to the embassy to no avail.

Please anyone with an idea on how to recover this loan should please assist, thank you

30m naira, it was secured with just insurance bond, and other bank’s cheque (which has been presented but bounced back)

I gave the approval at branch level
