I always enjoy when the battery was low, the kind of fast charging it would run na die. But when battery is about getting full, If I dont put serious load, charging will not stable, it will just be going up and down.

But I am enjoying it now. I just rewired the setup and tighten battery connectors. It kind of reset itself.

Charge with your cc or grid at 48v then parallel them for few hours IT WILL WORK. Since battery can serve as a charger to one another in parallel. DO IT!!!

my 100AH, 12v Cworth battery and 2kva 12v SMS inverter are having variation in voltage. The battery is reading 13.0v while the inverter is reading 12.5v with beeping.

That difference is too much. Check your cables and terminals to see if any are damaged.

Max this can output is 5A.

Besides it will go off from time to times because of temperature and other factors

I dont know why people underate that device. The thing dey deliver for my end finish. Presently, that is the only thing powering my battery (presently using our favourite 24v 3000w sachet inverter, as my hybrid is decomissioned for now). 2 Jinko 590w panels in series (SW facing), on a 25.6v battery, and all my loads are used as i suppose to including all my family COOKING needs (all thanks to induction cooking).

I like the CC finish... Your slogan here legit... Na sense dem dey use for solar matter...

panel is 2 250watt and 1 350watt in parallel, absorption and float @14.4v. Yes, my battery gets full but sometimes I want to power a 300watt load, even in very good sunlight my load is greater than what the panel is producing. Note: the 350 watts panel is not up to 350watt, it has a voc of 40v. So I ran it in parallel with the 2, 250watts panel. Multimeter readings from the panels is showing something higher but the charge controller no dey give pass 280

I think the issue here is ur panel configuration. U are using a MPPT so u sud rather series the panels rather than parallel. This ur paralel setup wud work better with a PWM

My brother, I've tried severally, before opting to top-balance. One stubborn cell is overcharged and will not allow the others to charge.

use a 20a 14.2v lithium battery charger, that is what I use to top balance cells, it can charge the cells individually or is a 4s configuration max. You can get it from valto or linnov, you just have to monitor it always

I related my experience here sometimes ago. Error code 9 issue. In the process of receiving a new mother board from product maker from china (I had to write Powmr support. After many process of questions and sending video and pictorial evidence, they agreed to send a new main board). Still in transit since mid Oct. Hopefully soon, i will get the new board fixed and inverter back.

Anyone here knows a legit repairer of P S/4? the console isn't coming on again and when I got to arena I was told that it has southbrigde issue

This is what I meant when I say to ignore bells and whistles. A true DIY is more about improvising than just buying and assembling parts.

I attached a picture of item @Valto advertised. You see those things I circled in red, a true DIY wouldn't buy those things but would use things such as copper or any thick wire in place of it.

This is true for those who started DIY without even having a clue there's a word like DIY. The days where you spend more time experimenting than disturbing google and the likes.

As for the box, na to reUse any existing container or make something cheap. You wouldn't bother about most bells and whistles as they're more of aesthtics meant to justify the money you were charged.

it's good thing you clearified what you meant earlier.
Back in the days, it wasn't even easy getting such cells brand new. na to extract from existing electronics e.g laptop, and na mostly those cylinderical ones sef. No be now wey dem don simplify things.

But I think the bus bars for connecting the cells that you circle already come with the cells when bought new. You don't need to buy them separately

You can't use a single 3.2v cell for a 12v inverter.
You need 4 of the 3.2v cells to work with the 12v inverter.

Turns out he connected the DC and AC together, abi na all wires sef.

Reason why I try to do everything myself.
