A. PRODUCTION PHARMACISTS:
The Role:
1. Charged with the responsibility of producing the planned quantity of products under the directives of the Production Manager
2. Shall ensure all production equipment are well maintained and validated
3. Shall ensure that standard GMP acceptable to NAFDAC and PCN is achieved and maintained at all time
4. Shall design, create and display SOPs at all production area.
5. Shall ensure that all production staff and workers comply with all GMP and regulatory standards
6. Shall maintain all production records for management as required by GMP
7. Shall prepare daily production menus in collaboration with Production Manager, Marketing and in consultation with the ED.
8. Liaise effectively with Quality Assurance to ensure the optimum quality of company’s product in the market
9. Keep production losses below 2% of daily production
10. Shall carry out any and all other responsibilities as assigned by Production Manager.
Requirements:
 B.Pharm with a Valid PCN annual Practising Licence.
 Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
REMUNERATION: N3,600,000 – N5,400,000 per annum


B. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER/ HEAD, QUALITY CONTROL
The Role

 Proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
 In-depth knowledge of NAFDAC regulations
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project managerial skills
 Experience with advanced quality control software and tools


Requirements:
 A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Industrial chemistry, Biochemistry, Pure and applied Chemistry with minimum of 2:1)
 15 years of experience in quality control roles

REMUNERATION: N3,600,000 – N4,800,000 per annum


C. FFS MACHINE OPERATOR

The Role:
 Applicant must have previous knowledge Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
 Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
 Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
 Writing reports,
 Understand safety regulations, and should be able to execute equipment preventative maintenance.
 Applicant should also be able to Repair and replace faulty equipment components.
 Applicant should be able to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
 Applicant should be able to explain problems simply and clearly.
 Applicant should have knowledge of cGMP and health and safety regulations.
 He must have Excellent problem-solving skills.
 Proficiency in MS office package is an advantage

Requirements:
 The ideal candidate must hold a Certificate in either Trade Test or OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least three (3) years’ experience performing similar functions in a medium Pharmaceutical Company.

D. WATER TREATMENT PROCESS ENGINEER

The Role;
 Ability to Establish and maintain effective working relationships; communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
 prepare clear and concise reports; recognize unusual, inefficient, or dangerous operating conditions and take appropriate action; accurately read, interpret and record data from gauges, meters, read and interpret schematic drawings showing plant piping, alarms, mechanical, electrical controls, valves, and related instrumentation;
 observe, inspect, analyze system equipment and facilities; and compile, evaluate and analyze operational data and information and recommend or take appropriate actions.
 He must have good knowledge of cGMP

Requirements:

 Experience in water filtration, water purification and water distillation are a must and previous experience in Infusion factory water treatment is an additional advantage.
 Applicant must have previous experience in operating Softener plant, DM plant, Reverse Osmosis and Multi column distillation plant
 Must be a graduate of Chemical Engineering with not less than 3 years’ Experience.




E. PRODUCTION ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL ENGINEER)

The Role:
 Applicant must have previous knowledge Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.

Requirements;

• The ideal candidate must hold a Certificate in either HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least a five (5) years’ experience performing similar functions in a medium Pharmaceutical Company.

F. HVAC TECHNICIAN

The Role;
 Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
 Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
 Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
 Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
 Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
 Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
 Knowledge of GMP will be an added advantage

Requirements;
 Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification or a trade test certification with 4 - 6 years’ work experience as an AC Technician.

G. SENIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS
 The ideal candidate must possess B.SC in Accounting with ICAN certificate
 Minimum of five years professional Experience in management position
 Professional qualification will be of added advantage
 Computer literate in accounting packages and other related software.

H. SENIOR AUDIT OFFICERS
Requirements:
 Must possess BSC / HND – Accounting
 Minimum of 5yrs post NYSC Experience in Audit Firm / Manufacturing Company.
 Minimum of 3yrs Post Qualification Experience (ICAN).
 Experience in Inventory control and Audit.


I. PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS
The Role:
1. Overseeing and coordinating production process in the shift.
2. Ensure daily target is met as given by Production Manager.
3. Monitoring daily activities of production workers.
4. Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
5. Keep updated production documents.
6. Keep raw materials and packaging report at the end of packaging activities.
7. Record any waste and packaging material.
8. Check daily packaging of leaflets and labels in the cupboard (under lock)
9. Check the availability of raw and packing materials and make request if not adequate.
10. Check proper printing of batch details.
11. Check the cleanliness of staff.
12. Ensure the daily cleaning of equipment and material.
13. Complete the packaging recording in the BMR.
14. Ensure all staff observe personal hygiene and wear neat protective garments.
15. Ensuring all activities performed by workers follow SOP.
16. Report daily production activities to the Production Manager.
Carry out any other activities as may be assigned by Production Manager.

Requirements:

 The ideal candidate must possess B.sc /HND in any science related courses like chemistry, Industrial chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
