Where were you told that the responsibilities of the state governor is to empower health workers. He has no business empowering any health workers, you work and get paid, are the workers getting paid?

The hospital will create more jobs for hundreds of people.

So you would be giving out money to salary earners instead creating more jobs for the jobless?

We have a lot of governors that have achieved far more than he as done not to discredit his effort in his state. But for you to make a blanket statement and according him the award as the best governor is false.
