naptu2:Thanks for reminding one about the CVU . Last recall seeing a CVU car in the late 1980's/early 90's. It was a silver peugeot, with a CVU number. |

Once any Nigerian government institution deny something, know that it is true. Always believe the opposite of what they say and you won't be disappointed. |

Fiscus105:I followed up your comment about America invading Nigeria and you repeatedly said Nigeria is a sovereign state and would handle her issues internally but you supported chona coming in similar manner. Right, every thread that talked about Nigeria invasion of Benin republic, you saw them and scrolled up and down to go poo or pee with no call of nature. How are you feeling truly? |

Ok ... let's take this report as true ... makes more sense ... emergency landing. My concern is what was being ferried to Portugal? ... and had to be ferried by the military? Are we selling weapons? I would more believe they were going to bring military stuff from Portugal. |

DeepSight:This narrative is different from what the Burkinabe authorities released Who is lying now I suspect though that the Burkinabe might just be playing to the gallery in a bid to embarrass nigeria and make it look like we are disregarding international protocols on airspace The Nigerian statement didn't mention that they sought and got clearance to land though |

Fiscus105:Which Nigerian tiger? Guy, u are the funniest creature on earth. US just made small noise, ur politicians ran to US begging, they didnt even come, they didnt do anything, just mere barking, the entire country turned upside down. U rate ur country so high. Ur country has no air defense system, neither does it have any independent sofwtare solution. Ur country should better stay neutral. If Nigeria allows france to use her for her proxy wwar with Russia, Nigeria will collect massive instability and nothing will happen. Nigeria is alrwayd overwhelmed by internal insecurity, it will just become next Somalia. Stay Neutral is the rule. Trying to align with France to cause trouble on her ex colonies will create more problems for Nigeria. For ur information, Russia and France are currently at proxy war. I bring u facts, not sentiments of assumption and bragging that holds no water. As u speak, terrorists are occupying many of ur country's local govts. That cant be the way of a tiger. As we speak, ur citizens are being kidnapped in their homes, schools are being locked and students kidnapped. Like they kidnap people in front of their gates. A Tiger cant be this weakling. Pls, naija already has enough problems, remain neautral and no allow white man use ur country head fight war. Russia invaded Ukrain that is backed by NATO, US, heaven did not fall o. And as for candidate, I am not such a person. I hate all naija politicians. Nigeria is a failed entity, dirty, useless, i cant travel on the road, I need to test drive my sporty car but I cant enter road becus of kidnapers, the country has no viable football league that we can go on weekends to watch. Go and see Moroccans, South Africans, tunisians, Egyptians, etc with viable leagues, and see how citizne enjoy weekends with friends and families watching their local leagues. Nigeria practically has no sector that works. From education, to electricity, no security, absolutely nothing works. |

8 Brendaniel:Mu.mu.nat, With everything you typed up there, you might be mistaken for an intelligent person but dont get it confused you are so clueless. Do you know what a C130 aircraft is? You cannot invade another country with a C130, you can not even carry out surveillance with c130. It is a very large aircraft for carrying passengers and military cargos. For invasion... you are likely to use fighters jets or military drones for surveillance. Ignorance is a curse |

yarimo:On Facebook someone posted the Picture of an Aircraft Fighter Jet on ground. The person doesn't know I know that ground very well in Lagos and the Nigerian Air Force building in that picture. I told him that picture is not Burkina Faso. Many people that have said nonsense about Nigeria and were delighted about the detained Aircraft and crews were very unhappy with my information. The information was posted by someone from Sahel region of Nigeria and they are very happy. Having said the above, in the first post on this incident I said something. During the coup at Benin Republic I said Benin Republic is not a Sahel country. We have Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, why Burkina Faso. Which means the problem was noticed on Burkina Faso Airspace and no time to maneuver back to Ivory Coast or Ghana. No problem. I don't know if problem can make Iran Military plane to carry out emergency landing in Israel especially at a time of hostilities and a failed military operation by some dissidents with antecedents in support of the hostile nation. Nigeria, Nigeria, Nigeria |

I can see that a lot of Nigerians who are so gullible believing in the Nigerian air force with her a watery statement. mind you; this information about our 11 pilot and our aircraft being detained evidence is not Nigerian sourced. It came from a Burkina military rank with an official letter . Nigerian military would deny issues if it pose them clueless; naked or because it brings to the country to ridicule if made public. This is not the 1st;2nd nor 3rd time |
| Re: Nigerian Air Force Statement On C130 In Burkina Faso by naptu2(op): 12:28pm On Dec 09, 2025 |
I wonder how many people will notice that there is no real difference between what the Nigerian Air Force said and what the Burkinabe authorities said. The Burkinabes did not say that anybody was arrested, that was added by others. What they said was that a Nigerian plane violated their airspace and they were taking measures to protect the airspace. The Nigerian Air Force said that the plane was forced to land due to an emergency and based on international aviation rules it landed at the nearest airfield. |

If you look at the map of the world and plot a straight line between Nigeria and Portugal, you will find out that the city Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso where the aircraft landed is quite far from that line. So, this statement will be hard to believe that the aircraft was on the way to Portugal |
