Maybe this will make all hands on deck in order to stop the lingering insecurity. Normal normal, if country security dey okay, no need for VIP's to dey carry policemen up n down. But again, Gumi said Nigeria army are no match to these rag-tag kola nut chewing beasts. 🤔 🤔 |

It’s good like that. They just need to ensure there is maximum compliance. Even the police themselves have started arresting their fellow policemen they see escorting VIP. In few months time, the compliance will reach a larger percentage. Senator Ningi should apply for civil defense asap. |

If a president's directive gets ignored, what does that mean? It means he is commander in chief in name only. This is a mutiny of sorts. Officers and men of the Nigerian police are in open rebellion against the president and the inspector general of police. Nigeria is a failed state. |

There shouldn't have been need for security protection if the country is well governed with no security issues. This APC satanic government of Buhari and Tinubu have made security matters worse such that sponsors, sympathisers and terrorists are bold to challenge the government, even threatening to kidnap the president of a whole country. Sheik Gumi is there enabling the terrorists, yet Tinubu looks the other way because he is his fellow Muslim. Something no Christian would do and survive without been invited by the state secret police and thrown into jail. |

Simply allow verified private security companies and Civil Defense personnel to carry guns, then Police won't need to protect individuals We make simple things difficult in Nigeria. |

Lol... That's why you are senators. Push the bill to make it official! ![]() Why should Policemen and Army leave their universal jobs to guard individuals?!! That's not normal at all. Not when we have private security outfits that can be paid to do this. |

Even the police escorts too knew it was serious when they saw their colleagues who disobeyed being sanctioned by the monitoring team... This is a commendable stance by the President.. he shouldn't allow any pressure to make him change his mind.. The citizens deserve adequate policing.. |

You politicians should address and tackle poverty, hunger, hardship, inflation, high costs of living, high rate of unemployment for they say an idle mind is the devil's workshop and an hungry man is an angry man...and insecurity will reduce and stop ..and they will be no need for you politicians to have police to protect you |
| Re: Ningi Protests Withdrawal Of His Police Orderly, Demands Nationwide Compliance by ufotunang: 10:51pm On Dec 10, 2025 |
So this politicians see this police as very important people to them ...but when this police retires their owe them arrears of pensions and entitlements..do not pay their pension..at least we have seen retired police men protest over unpaid pension |
