Please I just got the Airtel ZLT ODU but the lady registered esim for me- please how do you guys do the SIM swap to physical SIM card?

Indeed. This is not good at all. MTN is extremely greedy. Why can't they match it with the pricing of Airtel? Even if they're not providing devices, some customers would gladly still go for the service.

Airtel ODU and MTN FiberX plans are all fixed broadband plans and they are similarly priced.

This is a router broadband plan similar to Airtel's 20mbps and 60mbps for #30k and #50k respectively.

They won't. They're not the same thing.

If anything, it may make Airtel review their router unlimited plans (not ODU) to match those of MTN hynetflex plans.

Airtel is 20mbs and unstated 1TB cap, after which speed reduces for some people (because some also say they use up to 4TB per month)

Yea. As for the new ones, I saw them on the MTN app and no details were put there as to data cap or even speed. It might be just like the ODU sub for Airtel.

So ZLT W304VA, which they used before, is better than ZLT W154R.

ZLT W154R is not PoE capable, so they may have G5F kind of UPS for it.

Actually me too i guess they're doing it deliberately to lure us in but even the ODU is not consistent one thing I've learned

I doubt any hike. Afterall, I believe we have more users on Airtel unlimited plan than MTN. I for one may not touch MTN at all because of their greedy nature, offering little at a high price.

I rather get Starlink mini if it comes to that.

How is the X17U?
When I settle down, I will compare it with X17M. My assumption is that X17M will be better. Maybe X17U is cheaper.

Just take note of your ODU number, go to any road side sim registration shop and do a SIM swap to a physical sim, then get a pocket router that has been tweaked to work with the router plans and you are good to go

A bit different, but can I convert my mtn physical sim to esim in the roadside people or I have to go to mtn service centre?
