Bought the qasa DC ceiling fan last week, called electrician to mount it while I was away, the werey blew the fan.

Turns out he connected the DC and AC together, abi na all wires sef.

Reason why I try to do everything myself.

And which brand of Tubular battery can you guys recommend for me . I am using Genus presently but it's out of my budget for this project

We generally don't recommend tubular batteries on this thread. Lithium is the same price now and significantly better.

Buy a 3kw 24v Firman hybrid inverter or any alternative from the likes of Haisic, Cworth, SMS - 360k
4kwh 24v battery from Mrreed - ~550k
4 Jinko 530w panels for 400k
Rest of the money for accessories and labor.

Boss whatever you do, don't go for tubular. Also don't ever buy tokunbo panels. Buy new panels { jinko)

Haaa! If you are in this thread and have been paying attention to some little details you should be better than those quack illiterate electricians than don't know the difference between AC and DC
