My brother, depending on location. Abule egba wide cut across Alimosho part, Ekoro and as well as Charity Road, Agbe road axis. Game don make sales skyrocket.

I am not sure if you can get plot of land but half half plot of land should be available. You can see half half plot of land between 18m to 27m. Half plot of land is possible between 25 to 40m

You can't get a green land in that area unless you plan to buy an old house and demolish it.

yarimo must be landlord to 600 houses around that area

You can't get plot of land there.... Me and my sibling wen do livestock rearing, we don run back Ilorin go buy 300k per plot land, we all move livestock to lagos to resell.

we price early this year and was told the cheapest will be 90m. I run back my Ilorin to get a plot of land for livestock business

that atan is around which side... My sibling stay at kola, and the place one can see land is at Sango.. Abule egba is full up and won't be cheap if poster is able to get one..

Selling land at Abule Agba at this time is a very bad idea. If you have land in Abule Egba hold on to it like your life depends on it. Computer village is coming to Abule Egba in 2 to 5 years full migration would be complete and the price of land would skyrocket. Currently you can see a plot of land to buy in Abule Egba around 100m to 120m but you are likely to see at New Oko oba for 90m to 100m.
