Oga no land for Lagos again , unless u to go lekki go buy on top water to sandfill.

My own advice , search througly one old families that want to sell their grate Grandpa house, u demolished the house to build ur own structure

I have read the comments of many commenters that there is no land in Abule Egba again...op there is always land anywhere it all depends on how much you have,,,even in banana island ,..just have enough money and somebody will sell his or her land for you.

You can still get around Shola Martins/Puposola side and some inner streets off Olaniyi/Agbe road side

I base in Ilorin, my sibling are base in Lagos. We plan to buy those livestock from the north because they are cheap, we rear them in Ilorin and move them to Lagos for sell once they are mature in 6months.. I have an uncle in Ilorin who have almost 200 cows in his farm. Is not a most you take care of them yourself, you can hire a caretaker, take care of the caretaker as your own person and see how he all take care of your herds... Some farms make agreement with the caretaker that the 2nd calf from a herd will be his.... Doing that will make him more comitted to the job. There is money in livestock rearing.. You can get a calf from the north for 150k, rear it for 6month and sell 500k or more depending on how you feed it. Also try include goat, Lagos is a big market for goat meat.

In year 1993, a plot on main road Ajasa Command was 70K naira, by then the pioneer catering school, YETKEM was there, are they still there?.

Other attractions of the area was uninterrupted power supply, because of the command sec. school located there, the plots were being sold directly by the Ajasa family. The area was called Ajasa Village then, not a bad location.

I bought half a plot of land with a (not too fancy) building last year November for N25M at Agbelekale. It is close to the Chicken Republic building at Ekoro road. The current price of the land if I wish to sell today is N38M. Though I'm not willing to sell. So the confirmed price from Agent if you want a piece of land with building on it and close to major road is between N30M to N40M. Mind you, the Lagos state government are planning to move Computer Village to the area next year or 2027. This will impact on the price of land at the location next year.
