Criminal Allegations shouldn't be taken lightly, and where did he submit the proof of his findings to make us believe truly he is saying the truth

He that asserts has the burden of proof ,if you assert that someone is a drug lord ,then you need to bring the evidence ,if you assert anything ,you need to show evidence ,if there's no evidence that he's a drug lord and the US internal security cleared him with official letter ,is subsequent allegations not an illusion ?
