This should actually be your standard. I have worked on plenty of projects where there was no proper file retention policy and it meant a tedious process of first recreating the drawings from scratch.

That sounds good. He requested the remaining non-architectural and non-structural documents to make the scope comprehensive, and subsequently recommended his friend to act as a Quantity Surveyor to professionalize the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). Or might it be him in disguise?

However, I have decided not to share the technical documentation with him, as doing so would essentially hand over the blueprint/intellectual property for this specific type of project. Instead, I will engage an independent Quantity Surveyor.

Does anyone here draft Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)?

In my view, lighting is 80% of a room's atmosphere; without an RCP, the design feels incomplete. My current architect states this is the work of an electrician, not an architect. However, my client is detail-oriented and expects this as part of the deliverable.

I am looking for someone who can step in and provide a professional RCP. Please reach out if you can assist.

Pressure washing with mold bleach will take care of that floor and leave it sparkling like new. But they will have to use circular rotary brush head.
It’s very easy to do.
I don’t why people are not offering this service much, considering that a lot of people have concrete floor that need cleaning.

We eventually negotiated down to 50k, and he took 10k from me. I will spread the 50k payment over several months as i work.

Please, how much did you pay for the approval of the building. I am talking with someone who said that he stays at Abeokuta and is in the physical planning department of Ogun state.

He is charging 28 percent of the total land value plus 250k for the first batch of payment, according to him.

This is a 4 bedroom bungalow that I'm trying to build in the Obafemi Owode local government area.

I hope the so called local government officials will not come after making such a ridiculous payment
