I also had an item shipped about a month ago using same courier, got notification just yesterday it's with NIPOST (though Nipost is yet to send me a message to acknowledge receipt). Yet to receive it though but I'm hoping that's sorted before the week runs out

That item is with nipost.
Back then you get real time update on your item location, not anymore.
You could pick up your item and after many days the tracking details will still be showing "custom clearance complete"

This looks like postnl... You have my condolences. I also ordered a poco that was shipped through postnl last month and it's been stuck in the same stage. The best I can recommend you to do is to ask for refund and wait for the refund to come.

AliExpress that is having refund issue, just pray and hope you receive your refund.

Went to Nahco's office yesterday just as someone suggested here. Was referred to their post office only to get the same response from my post office - tracking number not valid. I've requested for a refund on aliexpress anyway. Tired of the back and forth.

This is definitely postnl, the same courier I have issues with. My order since 7th of Oct has been stuck at Picked up by carrier -
Package arrived at regional carrier facility. NIPOST is saying the item is not in their system or tracking id is invalid. I've requested for a refund anyway. I hope you get yours. Seems like an issue with that courier since Sept

Omo i bought wavlink outdoor access points, seller refused to ship for almost 2weeks, i cancelled the order and normally automatic refund started processing,after some days refund status changed to failed, since that day i have being struggling to get my refund. Even after chatting with AliExpress Customer agent when they offered coupon refund i rejected it and told them i need my money to my bank account. They told me my refund has been processed and it will take 1 to 10 business days. All of a sudden i received a mail from them saying they have issued me coupon. Omo AliExpress is in a mess right now whenever refund issue arise.

The annoying part is even the coupon they gave me doesn't work, i tried to use it to purchase for someone it didn't work. Omo at this point i have accepted that this money is gone.

I ordered 8 items on temu app and it took them 4 days to process my order but they compensated me with N3200 for the delay and now my ordered is processed and on flight to naija. I used wema bank to pay for my items and no issue.

Do you know how to apply for "APPEAL" ?
If you can do it, just go to the order and click the refund info go down you'll see the apeal if am accurate enough.

Got one in April, this year, and was delivered within 1 month of ordering.
