This is very correct. The federal government of Nigeria even asked all MDAs to as a matter of urgency, move 70% of all capital components of the 2025 budget to the 2026 appropriations.

Federal Government is so rich but very broke, guys.

One wonders where all the subsidy monies and loans are going.

Yes,their salary is slightly below 300k with accommodation package for new staff.
