This followed allegations from a family who claimed vital organs were missing from their relative’s body. The incident, which occurred on Friday, December 12, 2025, led to a chaotic scene at the facility.

The incident is now raising serious concerns across Nigeria, as many are left wondering whether the bodies of their loved ones are even safe in Nigerian morgues.
