The solution is to repeal, abolish , cancel the USA constitution and law ..that gives their citizens the right to buy, own and acquire guns , ammunition... some of these their citizens misuse the guns negatively..not all of them will use the guns for the right purpose...many guns is in their hands of the USA citizens and some are misusing the guns that is why they is lot of mass shooting...
