Rule 1 was missing!

Never trust anyone! Dont be cajole by blood relationships! Infact, they are the deadliest when they want to get back. You will NEVER see it coming.

Number one happened in my present today in ketu while we're in traffic a girl was pressing her phone inside bus

One guy just grab her phone and run

Everything happened within a second, the was crying eeh seeing the guy that took her phone crossing main road

So sad
Dem steal two people's phones for Oshodi this night. I left one girl there at Brown U-turn crying, with the claim it's not up to a month she bought the new phone. She go lose guard while she dey struggle to enter bus.

The second one was grab & run from a moving car.

Those boys no get joy. I always wish they run into moving vehicles like the one I witnessed on Oshodi-Apapa Xpressway. The owner of the phone he grabbed just retrieved his phone & left him to his fate on the road.

The guy must be a village boy just getting into the city.

Those are normal routine for city folks.

Hold your phone and your wallet in your hand!

I can’t remember when last i put these items in my pocket, since I had an experience when someone pickpocketed my small nokia touch-light several years ago. Thank God my iphone wasn’t present in the same pocket that day grin

Eko is not for the weak grin
Which of the pockets did you put it?

Front pockets in jeans are always safe. No one can access them without going through you!
Unless you're not conscious of both yourself and environs

Typical list for poor people, especially the pressing of phone and struggling for danfo. A rich uncle will dish out modified list of advice. Something like
Don't think all your friends like you, they are coming for your substance
When you make business promises, ensure you keep your own side
Don't trust your driver too much
When you drive into dangerous zones to make deals, ensure you have security
Nigerian police is your friend, they are not well paid, don't forget to gift them as often as you can
Avoid buying cars without security features, don't focus on fuel economy only
Get life insurance and ensure you have a gps chip in you, just incase something goes awry, you can always be located
In all, the world is a dog-eat-dog stage, be on your guard always, use your money the way it should be used, as a security
.

I traveled out of my station for a day programme and unfortunately got back around 2am. The driver dropped me at Yaba bus stop at that ungodly hour! O God! The odour of helm and whatever else they were smoking and drinking filled the air.

Having sighted them earlier before embarking from the bus, I quickly folded one leg of my trousers, came down, changed my walking steps as if I was drunk, my heart beating like the sound of a drum. They were even hailing me while I was staggering pass.

As soon I passed them and found myself on Montgomery Road, ehen, I ran like my life depended on it, and actually it did. It wasn't funny that night.

High valued individuals have it. The same way women insert something in their arim to prevent pregnancy, same way a gps chip can be inserted somewhere just beneath the skin. Some don't want it inside and so it is in their wrist watch or another device on them
